We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working days of receiving your order, providing the items are in stock. This does not include weekends and holidays.

Free UK standard delivery is offered for orders totalling or over £10.00.UK Standard Delivery - 3 to 5 Working Days : 99p
UK Next Working Day - Order by 3pm : £1.99
Europe and Rest of the World
We deliver to Europe and the rest of the world. All international deliveries will be sent recorded delivery. Awesome Teachers London will not be responsible for items once they are in the postal system. If you wish your items to be insured, please put a note on the payment page and you will be quoted and asked to pay for this separately.
Europe Delivery - 6 to 8 Working Days : £3.99
Worldwide Delivery - 7 to 11 Working Days : £5.99
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your items for alternative products or receive a refund minus the cost of the postage and packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges will only be given if the goods are returned within 14 days from receipt of your order, and if the good are in perfect condition for re-sale, and unopened.
To return any products to us, please email us at info@awesometeachers.co.uk to advise that you would like to arrange a return. Please include your order number and detail the unwanted items you would like to exchange or refund. You will receive an email instructing you how to post the items back to our warehouse.
We will not be responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. Therefore we strongly recommend that all customers request a Proof-of-Postage slip from the post office when posting items so you can be reimbursed by Royal Mail if the returns does not reach us. Customers are responsible for any costs that occur when returning goods.
The refund will be issued when the stock is accepted back into our warehouse. Unfortunately, we do not refund you the delivery fee you paid when you placed your order. Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you. Refunds will be paid to the same card as the order was processed and funds should reach you within 5 to 15 working days.
